I am a Christian neuromuscular massage therapist with a passion for helping people. My practice is guided by my expertise and beliefs, and I believe in the power of touch to promote physical healing as I strive to provide a holistic approach to massage therapy that honors God's design for the human body. I am committed to ongoing education and growth in my field in order to provide effective solutions that elevate the well-being of every client.
I decided to pursue massage therapy because of my interest in natural medicine, my desire to work with athletes, and my passion for helping others. I have worked as a soigneur with USA Cycling at international events, assisting in athlete recovery following races/strenuous training rides and conducting focused muscle treatment per athlete request. Additionally, I have worked in spinal decompression with a family chiropractic office. Outside of work, I am an avid mountain biker, climber, and general outdoor enthusiast, which inspired my desire to work with fellow athletes. I also enjoy reading novels and going to church!
